Dislikes

DAB

Despite a love of Radio 4, and enjoying the benefits of TV, Freeview and Freesat, I'm with Stephen Fry on the Digital Audio Broadcasting experience.

What's wrong with it? Well:

•Anywhere you can't get good FM, you won't get DAB either.

•In places where FM might be poor with a background hiss, DAB burbles and breaks up and is useless.

•! Radios that take several seconds to start up ! I've already said I only listen to Radio 4, so what is it doing all that time.

•Radios that cost £50 plus. An FM radio costs peanuts.
